For your protection it is vital that we receive renewal instructions prior to your renewal date in order to prevent your policy from lapsing.

Please note: Internet payments are not processed at the weekend and bank holidays. Consequently if your renewal date is on a weekend or over a bank holiday period and you wish to renew your insurance by the renewal date, you MUST contact us on 0345 300 4435 prior to the renewal date. If you currently pay by Direct Debit and wish to continue doing so, no further action is necessary as you will receive your renewal documents by post and your policy will be automatically renewed.
